Ethics Policy

GMTEST Sets the standards for ethical codes and jugemnets that the members must uphold, and provides specific jugements on the basis of ethics.
We seek a transparent and clean corporate culture by performing the duties in compliance with laws and ethics, establishing a fair trade order and endeavoring to fulfill our original roles and responsibilities.

1. We conduct management activities based on ethical values and comply with legislation and practices of the local community. Countries and the international community.

2. We eradicate corruption by establishing transparent and fair trade order.

3. We make efforts to establish ethical management value as our corporate culture and disseminate it to our partners.

4. We organize a dedicated team to realize ethical management, build a system to practice the management and continuously make improvements.

Conflict Minerals

Conflict Areas and Responsible Minerals Policy

GMTEST complies with the regulations for the use of CFM products in the use of gold, tantalum, tungsten, tin and coalt.

The definition of “DRC Conflict-Free” refers to the products that should not be supporting or benefited from armed groups in the Democratic Republic of the Congo(DRC) or countries surrounding the DRC(Sudan, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania, Angola, Central African Republic).

In addition, GMTEST responsibly procures not only minerals from conflict areas, but also minerals that have issues of human rights violations or environmental destruction during the mining process(representative minerals : cobalt, mica).

GMTEST strictly observes and implements thip policy.
GMTEST conducts regular checks to ensure that suppliers are not supplying the product from conflict regions.
Suppliers of GMTEST must verify the origin of minerals from the list provided by the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition-Global e-Sustainability Initiative(EICC-GeSI).
